About the event
Try out dates: July 18-19th - 9am at McC JH Track
For track class-
July 18: Bounding Test & 100m on the fly.
Times to accomplish- 9th/10th boy 13 seconds / girl 15 seconds; 11th/12th boy 12 seconds / girl 14 seconds.
July 19: 300m sprint.
Times to accomplish- 9th/10th boy 45 seconds / girl 50 seconds; 11th/12th boy 42 seconds / girls 48 seconds.
For XC class:
July 18: 1600m run

10th: 5:45
11th/12th: 4:40
Girls
9th: 6:45
10th: 6:20
