About the event
Try out dates: June 29-30th 9am at McC JH Track
For track class-
June 29: Bounding Test & 100m on the fly.
Times to accomplish-
9th/10th boy under 13 seconds / girl under15 seconds;
11th/12th boy under 12 seconds / girl under14 seconds.
June 30: 300m sprint.
Times to accomplish-
9th/10th boy under 45 seconds / girl under 50 seconds;
11th/12th boy under 42 seconds / girls under 48 seconds.
For XC class:
June 29th: 1600m run

10th: 5:45
11th/12th: 4:40
Girls
9th: 6:45
10th: 6:20
